PAYMENT
After receiving your order, we will contact you with the order details and total amount due. Once the order is confirmed, a digital invoice will be sent.

Authorized retailers receive a 30% discount off the MSRP. Please note that prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Payment is required before delivery, and we accept the following payment methods:

• Credit card
• PayPal
• Bank draft
• Check

SHIPPING
Shipping costs are not included in the price of goods. All orders ship via USPS from our studio in Anchorage, Alaska. Delivery typically takes 4-7 business days, and you will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

If you would like expedited shipping, please notify us, and we will accommodate your request.

TURNAROUND TIME
After payment is submitted, please allow a minimum of 2 weeks (15 days) for your order to be crafted, packaged, and shipped. Larger or complex custom orders may take additional time. Orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis, and we will provide a specific time frame before you confirm your order.

RETURNS
We do not accept returns on wholesale orders.
